Data entry-FCO-Billing Manager phone and email needed off of excel spread sheet

I require the services of a data entry freelancer to assist me in managing my billing database. For clarity, kindly refer to the example excel spreadsheet provided.
The task at hand involves obtaining the name(s) of both the CFO and billing manager (medical billing) and their respective email addresses for each hospital highlighted in the spreadsheet. I will provide 20 hospitals at a time for this purpose.
I need someone who is capable of obtaining the above data as specified, and then providing a bid for each batch of 20 hospitals. This means that for each 20 hospitals where the aforementioned criteria is met, a quote should be provided for the batch of 20 hospitals in question.
It is important that the above requirements are met with accuracy.
