Job description: Fractal Agriculture focuses on farmland investing. As part of our valuation process, we must evaluate comparable sales data relative to our target property. The task is to navigate through provided online sources to identify our target field based on provided search criteria and select, download and copy-paste relevant data fields for 30 comparable properties per field (31 properties per deal).
For each field, the candidate will download and save shapefiles in a secure Google Drive folder, and additional data will be copied and pasted into a Google spreadsheet.
An ideal candidate is detail oriented, organized, efficient, and able to follow (and improve on) a detailed checklist outlining each process step while communicating status of work to the team.
We work on US pacific hours and need quick turn around (within 24 hours) of providing a new target property to evaluate.
