Data editing

I am looking for help with data editing for my project. Specifically, I need formatting to be done on 1-3 files. I have a rough idea of the desired format, but I am open to suggestions. I would like an experienced freelancer to provide quality formatting services and guarantee that the job is done properly. Knowledge of data analysis and manipulation tools would be an advantage. The delivery should be quick and accurate.
