Data consolidation and sum reports

I have data files from 2019,2021,2022 that I need to consolidate into one and sum the total sold by month, year, Quarter and lifetime. I need this done per part number and by parent part number if a parent part is there. Basically I need to be able to search for a part number and I can find out how many sold for any given month, year , quarter etc. I would love it if I could load a csv file with data once a quarter ends and have it add that info into the master database. That way I can always keep a current log for work. Attached is a sample file with the headers you will get for every year.
