It may take time to have your own system. But update monthly will become easier.
The result should include:
Customer sales report by difference group
User report (new user report by date and their sales)
Product sales report by rank, by different customer role
Event report (Did the ppl joined our event before, how many times, how is their sales)
Stock report (You may need to compare the stock in different paltform, find out the error caused and revise the quantity)
Ads report (by event or promotion)
