Data Visualization Dashboard
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
We are looking for someone skilled in using structured data (eg csv) to create a series of data visualizations in the form of a web-hosted, interactive dashboard. Our team is generating a variety of survey and audience response data from a series of online events and want to create a workflow for visualizing the output in a compelling, minimally-interactive format. We would like the dashboards include descriptive charts showing audience breakdown, charts showing quant responses (with comparisons) for key questions, word clouds and sentiment analysis for qualitative data. Users should be able to filter the data shown in the dashboard by event, date range and a limited set of demographics using drop down tools. The visualizations will be used primarily embedded live on a series of public- and partner-facing web pages, but also static in reports. We would like to hire someone initially at AUD$50 an hour (max 5 hours for AUD$250 total initial contract) to produce a set of visualizations from our sample data, preferably in an online environment such as Google Data Studio. In visualizing the raw audience response data that comes from our event capture, we are keen to for you to do add some minimal additional analytics and data transformations (such as sentiment of qualitative responses) and visualize these as part of the set on the dashboard. As we embark on a major campaign, there is potential for significant and regular ongoing work in data transformation, viz design and maintenance as we roll out a series regular events. To make an expression of interest, please let us know your visualization-relevant programming expertise (eg experience with D3.js, Google Data Studio, Datawrapper, Tableau Public or others), any examples of relevant work and your availability.
