Data Sorting, Standardization, & Data insight

I'm looking for a data expert to teach me to sort and clean up a dataset, with the primary focus on removing duplicate records and standardizing data formats. Additionally, I need help creating pivot tables to help me gain more insights into the data.
Its a simple task for someone who is used to deal with data clean-up and creating pivot tables for data insight, but I'm quite new to this and therefore I need help to get started.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
