Data Scrubbing & API Integration Expert for Bulk Phone & Email Verification

I have a list of ~30,000 physicians and dentists with mobile numbers, office numbers, and email addresses. I need a freelancer to:

- Validate phone numbers using Twilio API (detect invalid/disconnected numbers, identify landline vs. mobile)

- Cross check with DNC list

- Verify emails using NeverBounce or ZeroBounce API (detect spam traps, role-based emails, and inactive addresses)

- Cross-check physician data with NPI Registry API (ensure contact details match licensed professionals)

- Format and clean data (remove duplicates, correct formatting)

- Automate the process so I can regularly update my list

(Optional) Integrate with HubSpot to automate future validation
