Data Science - Integrate .mdb with .xls (same products, different descriptions)

The Access .mdb drives a MySql web-based quote engine
The Excel .xls contains an updated data set.
We need the data from the Excel to replace the data in the Access
Delete the old Access data.
There are 3k products and 100k custom option combinations.
The products are the same - but the product descriptions are slightly different (will AI solve that problem)?
End result to be a fully updated and complete Access file (containing the integrated data from the Excel).
