Data Introduction and sorting for Excel MAtrix

We need to gather some raw data in a kind of matrix in Excel.
We have different products that are composed by different raw materials, in a specific Qty. Each of them codified by a numerical code (HALB (green color) and text ACOAT(purple color) .
The idea is to sort and quantify the RRMM involved in each product.
Once this is done, we need to calculate the properties of the material, that is composed by the sorted RRMM. This needs to be done using VLOOKUP function linked to a RRMM database.
The raw materials are gathered in the first excel (Raw data.xls)
The excel that needs to be fullfilled is ( Beta Matrix SBTC.xls). In this excel the material are disposed horizontally(column) , while the RRMM are gathered in rows. Insede them the quantity of each RRMM needs to be fullfilled
