Data Extraction from Warehouse API
Budget: ₹100 – ₹400 INR
I need a professional who can check if and how we can extract specific data from the Warehouse API. The focus will be on identifying individual suppliers and his inventory on this platform.
Marketplace provides an excel file that contains a list of all products. To get a list of products from a specific supplier, we need to add one product to the cart, then press the show products button for that supplier and only then we can download a small excel file with the products of that supplier.
Using the API, I want to get xlsx / csv file containing all products (about 260,000) with an additional supplier code.
Perhaps using the API, you also need to add a product to the cart to find out who the supplier is and then get a list of their products. Then you would need to build a product ID - supplier database.
A piece of SERACH and the API documentation looks like this:
f"&cart_allocation_qid=<uuid>" # Filter by one of the allocations within your cart to view all products from the allocated supplier
1/ The first stage of the order is to check whether it is possible to extract the product list / supplier information from the API
2/ The second stage is a script that generates the download, creation of the database and subsequent creation of an xls / csv file with a list of products.
Key requirements:
- Extracting supplier information: We need to identify and catalog suppliers.
- Product inventory: Extracting details about the products each supplier has.
- Listing products from specific suppliers: We want to be able to compile lists of products from individual suppliers.
The ideal freelancer for this job should have experience with API data extraction. Skills in data analysis and cataloging are also crucial, as is a technical understanding of how to interact with and query an API.
