Data Entry into Excel PDF

I need assistance in inputting this payroll information from PDF to Excel. This task will take attention to detail. From the Payroll you will need to enter the employee name and then the wages/hours information. At the top of the excel, there are headers for each category that needs to be input, and at the bottom, there are totals that should agree to the ending amounts.
