Data Entry from PDF to excel

I am looking for someone to help me with a data entry project. I need someone to take information from PDFs and put them into an excel spreadsheet. I need both numeric values and text to be put in the spreadsheet. I do not have a template for the data entry, so I need assistance in creating one. There are more than 7 PDFs that need to be processed. If you have the skill set and expertise to help me with this project, please apply!
