Data Entry: Weights from OPEN to Excel Open

I need someone to help me with a data entry task. I have a PDF document that contains a list of items and their weights. I need these weights transcribed into an Excel sheet, which I have also provided. - The weights in the PDF are not consistently formatted. - I need you to record the weights as they appear, without modifying or standardizing the data. - You only need to transcribe the numbers, not the units. Ideal skills for this job include attention to detail, proficiency in Excel, and experience with data entry. Prior experience working with inconsistent data formats would be beneficial.
