I am in need of a skilled data entry specialist who can extract and organize data from PDF invoices into a spreadsheet.
Key Responsibilities:
- We have outlined the specific data to be extracted in the sample Excel sheet.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with OCR
- Proficient in data entry, especially with extracting information from PDF documents.
- Experience with spreadsheet software to ensure accurate and organized data entry.
- Knowledge of basic accounting terms and invoice structures would be a bonus.
- The total number of invoices currently stands at 100, but this number may increase once the task is completed.
I have attached a sample of scanned purchase orders in PDF. To be awarded this project, you need to extract data from the 3 attached PDF purchase orders and input it into the Excel sheet as a sample.
