Data Entry Specialist for Financial Processing
Budget: $8 – $15 USD
I'm in need of a dedicated Data Entry Specialist to assist our financial processing department. This role is pivotal and can evolve from part-time to full-time, based on performance and commitment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Transaction Processing: You will be primarily responsible for handling transaction data efficiently and accurately.
- Manage and maintain documents and records related to financial transactions systematically for easy retrieval.
Software Proficiency:
- You will need to use proprietary financial software for transaction processing. Previous experience with such software is a plus and will be treated as an advantage.
- You will also need to be able to navigate other sales CRM software.
Ideal Candidate:
- Will be able to work EST hours from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM.
- Should be completely committed and focused during working hours, with no distractions.
- Experience working with financial institutions or data entry is highly desirable.
- Proficient in CRM, Microsoft office product, etc.
- Able to quickly learn and adapt to our custom software CRM system.
- Must be able to communicate efficiently and clearly in English both over the phone and in writing.

The expected volume of transaction data to be processed daily is medium. High accuracy in transaction data entry is crucial. This role will be performed remotely. Candidates should be familiar with common bank transactions. Candidates should have proficient-level experience CRM software.
The expected turnaround time for transaction processing is within minutes.
