- Collaborate Across Teams: Communicate regularly with the UK team to manage the workflow between automated and manual tasks.
- Conduct weekly checks on 25 polygons to ensure they align with planning applications, flagging any discrepancies or issues with the team.
- Raise any unclear or inaccurate data issues with the UK team (Giulio or Brandon) and follow up until resolved.
- Maintain a clear log of issues, actions taken, and any adjustments made, ensuring full transparency.

Personal Profile:

- Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a focus on accuracy.
- Ability to work efficiently on repetitive tasks without compromising quality.
- Strong communication skills, especially for cross-team collaboration and issue resolution.
- Comfortable working independently and managing time effectively across manual and automated tasks.

- Previous experience in data entry or data processing is beneficial but not required.

Must haves:

- Proven experience in data handling or a similar role, with a focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
- Experience extracting information from complex documents, such as planning permissions or council plans.
- Ability to work collaboratively with remote teams in different time zones.
- Strong communication skills for raising issues and reporting progress.
- Proficiency with tools like Excel, Google Sheets, and knowledge of GeoJSON formatting.
- Ability to meet deadlines and maintain consistent quality in manual tasks.
