Data Entry Specialist

We are Marcus & Millichap, a leading North American real estate brokerage, and we are looking for a dedicated team member to assist us with data entry tasks. This role is crucial in maintaining accurate and up-to-date property listings, supporting our operations across various regions.

Key Responsibilities:
- Input listing data from the provided Commercial Listing Service (CLS).
- Compare existing inventory with current listings advertised on the following brokerage websites:

CBRE
Colliers
Cushman & Wakefield
CDN Global
Fraser Elliott
JLL
Lee & Associates
Macdonald Commercial
Marcus & Millichap
NAI Commercial
Remax Commercial Advantage
William Wright

- Add all new listings to the datasheet and accurately complete the applicable fields.

- Perform reconciliations approximately three times per month, including one weekend per month for a detailed review.
Main Area: Hope, Merrit, Kamloops, Penticton, West Kelowna, Kelowna, Vernon, Prince George, Vancouver Island, Edmonton, Alberta, Calgary, Regina, Saskatoon
