Data Entry: Printing to Spreadsheet

I have a number of printed documents that need to be converted into a digital spreadsheet. The data should be entered and organized alphabetically.

Key requirements:
- I'm looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to transcribe the printed documents accurately.
- Experience with data entry is preferred.
- The final spreadsheet should have bolded headings to differentiate the categories.
