Data Entry - PDF to Spreadsheet

I need to extract the data ( text in English ) from Product Catalogues from Wine Companies that is currently in PDF format and place the required text into an excel spreadsheet. The category is Wine. I have set up an excel spreadsheet and commenced for 2 of the wineries. Each catalogue needs it's own tab at the bottom of the spreadsheet, and is labeled by the winery. I have detailed the data that is needed to be captured from each of the product catalogues, and I have already created the tabs for you. I have completed for Mind Spirits Co. and for BACCUS. There are another approx. 20 catalogues to do. I need this completed by Tuesday 15th February.
