Data Entry Organization

I am in need of someone to assist me with organizing text data into an Excel Spreadsheet. The ideal candidate should have experience with simple sorting and categorizing of data. The project will not require any complex calculations or analysis. The preferred format for organizing the data is an Excel Spreadsheet.
