Data Entry Expert for Fashion Catalog

Job Description:
We are looking for a data entry expert to help us create an internal catalog of fashion items. The main task will involve working with Excel files, searching for items online to find images, and saving the corresponding photos.
Responsibilities:
- Receive Excel files with a list of items.
- Add a column before the item code column.
- Filter by item code.
- Search for each item online to find images.
- Normalize the item code if necessary (e.g., remove or add hyphens, merge words).
- Verify that the images found match the item.
- Save up to three images per item (front, back, detail) with the item code name followed by _1, _2, _3.
- Insert the normalized item code in the added column, without _1, _2, _3.

- Speed in completing assigned tasks.
- Experience with data entry and Excel.
- Ability to perform online research.
- Attention to detail and accuracy.
