Hi, we are a small UK-based agency
We require help to copy and paste codes into a spreadsheet. The codes are on four different websites.
The spreadsheet contains 600 product descriptions. From the websites the closeset matched products need to be sourced, codes copied and added to the spreadsheet.
Each website has a different code which then needs to be manually copied into the excel spreadsheet.
Ideally we are looking for a team team so the work can be split between members for speed.
Existing procedures must be followed so being a quick learner, attention to detail and technically minded is imperative.
Priority will be given to European based freelancers
You must possess the following:-
1. Excellent eye for detail, be a quick learner and technically minded.
2. Have excel 2013 and very strong excel skills.
3. Be available to work quickly
4. Happy to work independently and with limited supervision. Correspondingly, you must have exceptional communication skills to keep us up-to-date on progress and any issues.
5. Comfortable using skype, dropbox and other software
6. Good time management skills, flexibility and a can-do attitude
7. Excellent command of the English language. You will be transcribing prices into excel sheets from voice recordings so this a must
8. An interest in food and drink would be advantageous
The initial job should take approx 5 to 6 hours per website , so 24 hours in total. Again if we can split this among teams or people for speed then we will
