Data Entry

The project is digitising a pdf document from 1996. The final result should be an excel spreadsheet that resembles the initial pdf so that my team and I can perform data analytics on it. I have attached the pdf and the excel spreadsheet format that I would like to obtain from the freelancer. Thanks in advance! (I also have a better pdf file but freelancer only allowed me to upload the most rudimentary version)
