Data Editing of Charging Location Addresses

Hello,
My name is Jordin Williams and I am on the Business Development & Operations team at PlugShare.
We are contacting you for an RFQ for some data editing work we are looking to outsource.
PlugShare is the #1 app and resource for electric vehicle drivers to locate charging stations near them wherever they are; and we cover charging station locations globally.
Our current data structure for charging location addresses is all in one string/one data field. We are moving to a new data structure and need charging location listings to have their addresses manually updated to a structured format where each detail of the address is moved to its own data field. For example the single address string in the screenshot attached below would need to be modified to display as [1517 CA-1] [Harbor City] [CA ] [90710] [USA] with each bracket being a separate field instead of one long string:
Currently there are a total of 64,500 locations across all global regions that need to be manually updated + reviewed for address accuracy. The location counts above are the totals as of now (ROW and US+Canada), and we expect this to grow to 100,000 by the time work begins.
In the US+Canada there are total of 31,500 locations that we expect the growth for the US+Canada broken out separately could grow to 50,000 by the time the work begins.
We are requesting 2 separate quotes as detailed below:
1. Changing all addresses linked to charging location globally to the structured format described above. For this option, please consider the range between 64,500 to 100,000 locations and provide a committed timeline to deliver a spreadsheet with all locations and their respective addresses in the new format; and
2. Changing all addresses linked to U.S. and Canada charging locations to the structured format described above. For this option, please consider the range between 31,500 to 50,000 locations and provide the committed timeline to deliver a spreadsheet with all locations and their respective addresses in the new format.
If you are interested in participating in this RFQ process, please provide your quote by Friday, 07/14/23.
