Data Conversion

Looking for a way to automate processes in Excel. I convert data coming from CRM X, example SalesForce, to CRM Y. I export out of X and import into Y. I must massage X data to be recognized by Y before I import. CRM X changes, so the data always looks different, but CRM Y is constant. There is a defined set of data fields involved. Depending on the data fields and values in those fields, I make decisions, rename fields, add columns, and move data within a worksheet or to other worksheets.
