Data Collection using questionnaire

I have a questionnaire in word format for my research (Banking Sector). You are required to make the google form and then distribute the questionnaire among your friends, colleagues, and others in order to fill the questionnaire. I need the data in an excel sheet which is generated through the google form. The sample size is 350 responses minimum from Pakistan Only.
