Data Collection through Calling General Practitioners

We are collecting some basic information from General Practice clinics around Australia. The project involves a Freelancer calling the phone numbers of a number of General Practice clinics, asking two basic questions, and filling out the receptionists' responses in a provided Excel spreadsheet before sending the filled-out spreadsheet back to us. We expect that this project will take just over an hour for a single Freelancer to complete.
