Data Capture - nutritional information
Budget: $30 – $250 USD
We require an individual to capture nutritional information from ingredient specification documents. They will each need to be recorded in terms of carbohydrates, sugar, protein, fats, sodium etc.
The second part of the job will be to create simple formulas so we can establish theoretical nutritional tables for our product range. There are 10 products in the range. A food technology background would be very advantageous.
Basic excell is a must and accuracy is very important.
