Data & Business Analyst

I am looking for a data analyst with solid business experience to understand concepts like ROI, conversion rate, and market share. I specifically need a large pool of government data analyzed and organized in a tool like Tableau or PowerBi, such that it is easily visualized and manipulated.

This project could morph into a larger commitment with many hours as we develop a larger database needing analysis.
