Data Base management on Excel

I am looking for a Freelancer to help me manage an inventory records database on Excel. I have a specific format and template in mind that I would like to use and require assistance with data entry into the database. The database will hold inventory records so my expectation is that the Freelancer should be experienced with Microsoft Excel and database management. Reliability and accuracy should be a priority.
