Data Analysis Spreadsheet Creation

As an intermediate user of data analysis, I'm looking for a seasoned professional to develop a data analysis spreadsheet using Google Sheets. The Plug and Play data to be accommodated into the spreadsheet will be related to tracking kitting.

Spreadsheet requirements include:

A. Date
B. Kit ID
C. Start Time
D. End Time
E. Total Time H:MM
F. Number of Items in Kit
G. Total Number of Kits
H. Kitting Rate
I. Employee Name/ID

The Kitting rate should calculate how much time an employee takes to complete a kit depending on how many items are in a single kit and a column that calculates the same from the total number of kits per Kit ID.

I will also need Conditional formatting to highlight high or low kitting rates.
A summary section that calculates:

Average kitting rate per day/
Total number of kits completed
Top performing employee
Lowest performing employee

Pivot tables to analyze kitting rates by employee, date, or kit type.
Charts to visualize kitting rate trends over time.
