Data Analysis Consultation

I am working on my doctorate of nursing practice degree (DNP) project proposal.
I am struggling with the Method / Data Analysis section determining the correct data measurement and analysis tool for the project.
Need: I need a consultation with someone familiar with healthcare data gathering and a professional recommendation of the appropriate data analysis tool. + Excel, SPSS.
I am attaching some of the survey questions I will be using.

The excel sheet contains data gathered, for example:
Pre-intervention period July-September
Intervention period October - December.
