Dashboards in Google sheet

We are construction project based company.
We have data being stored in google sheet via forms or entered in google sheet. This data comes from different project from different location.
All this data needs to be presented to management in the form of dashboard by collating the data from different sources and by doing some ratios to give a meaningful feedback.
So we want dashboard for inventory, for evaluating manpower productivity, for evaluating the A catagory items (high value items) etc.
