Job Title: Excel Expert for Dashboard Creation
We are seeking an experienced Excel expert to create a dashboard from our invoice management system. The system allows for the export of sales and purchase invoice files. The records are arranged by date, invoice number, ID, client/supplier, amount, and category. The goal is to develop a dashboard that tracks monthly sales, margin, and categorizes data by month and year. Importantly, the import process should not create duplicate cells.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize Excel to create a dashboard displaying monthly sales trends, margin analysis, and categorization by month and year.
- Ensure the import process from the invoice management system functions seamlessly without creating duplicate cells.
- Collaborate with the team to understand specific visualization and data analysis requirements.
Requirements:
- Proven expertise in Excel, including advanced data manipulation and visualization capabilities.
- Experience in creating dynamic and user-friendly dashboards.
- Familiarity with importing and organizing data from external sources without duplication.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of functions and formulas in Excel for efficient data processing.
- Experience in creating automated data import processes.
- Familiarity with financial data and analysis.
