Dance Class Student Attendance Tracker plus store students details and report on all info.
Using; Excel or Google Sheets (or other option if recommended)
Ideally need to able to use a TABLET/PHONE to sign in students while in class
How we run our classes and what we need:

We need a list of our students stored with all their main info (email, age, mobile, sex, etc...) plus be able to add extra info if and when needed. Also be able to report on this info.
For example report on:
Age range
Missing details
Male or female
etc...

We have different locations:
Location 1
Location 2
Location 3
Location 4
etc...
Need to be able to add extra locations when needed.

Each location has different event types, level of dance classes, dance styles, and different times of classes
Event Type: Class, Course, Party, Class & Party, Bootcamp
Levels: Beginner, Improver, Intermediate
Dance Style: Salsa, Bachata, Kizomba
Date for example: Every Monday at 7pm, 8pm, or 9pm
We could have multiple options on the same date/time
Need to be able to add extra options to any of the above when needed.
Example of our weekly classes:
Date: Mondays
Venue: Dockers Club - Swansea
7pm we have Beginners Salsa 8 Week Course
8pm We have Improvers Salsa Drop In Class
8pm we have Intermediate Salsa Drop In Class
Date: Tuesdays
Venue: Yacht Club - Swansea
7pm – Bachata 4 Week Course Beginners
7pm – Bachata 4 Week Course – Improvers
8.30pm – Kizomba 4 Week Course – Beginners
8.30pm – Kizomba 4 Week Course - Improvers
Date: Friday (once a month)
Venue: Cwmfelin Club – Swansea
Event Type: Party
7pm – Bachata Class Beginners
7pm – Bachata Class Improvers
8pm – Kizomba Class Beginners
8pm – Kizomba Class Improvers
9pm - Party
Some students will do multiple classes on the same night
Time is not necessary to keep track of, but everything else is ideally.

We need to be able to click on a location, and sign our list of students into that location, for that dance style, level, and with various prices and payment types
Payment Type: Cash, Card, Credit
Amount: Full price, Half Price, Discount
Must be able to adjust amount manually if needed.
With credits, we need to keep note that a student has say 10 lessons which they have purchased, and once taken a lesson, they now have 9 left etc....

Report on takings taken at a specific location/date/class/etc…
Takings over a specific time period of all classes/events
Report on students have not attend class recently
