Daily record keeping / Tip calculation program using Excel

We require a small software/excel/database to keep daily record of a restaurant business.
There are couples of main features:
1. Record and calculate daily sales
2. Keep employee details and holiday taken (used for tip share)
3. Record and calculate daily tips/ distribute total to employees
4. Record daily notes and attach any daily notes onto an employee if any
5. View and edit record
6. Print/ view custom period record
the system should be as simple as possible, hoping to get it done in excel. Our budget is $100
