Daily Sales Data Maintenance in SAP and Excel for Ecommerce Business

I am looking for a skilled freelancer to handle the daily maintenance of our sales data.
Key Responsibilities:
- Adding new sales records: You will need to make sure all new sales are properly recorded in both SAP and Excel.
- Updating existing sales records: Occasionally, sales orders may be altered or cancelled - you will need to update these changes in the system.
- Deleting outdated sales records: Keep the sales data clean and up-to-date by removing any records that are no longer relevant.
The data comes in dual formats: SAP and Excel spreadsheets. Your task will be to synchronise the data across these formats ensuring consistency and accuracy.
The ideal candidate should have experience in:
- Data entry and management in SAP and Excel
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain data integrity
- Familiarity with ecommerce sales processes is a plus
