Key Responsibilities:
- Daily updates of customer information, sales records and inventory levels in Excel and CRM.
- Ensuring accuracy of data during manual entry and automating processes where possible.
- Identifying areas for improved efficiency and proposing solutions.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Proficient in Excel and familiar with CRM software.
- Experience in data management and sales tracking.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Previous experience in a sales or inventory management role would be an advantage.
