Daily Inventory Data Update Specialist
Budget: ₹750 – ₹1,250 INR
I'm in need of a diligent professional to handle the daily update of our inventory data. The primary purpose of this task will be to generate purchase orders based on the stock levels at any given time. The data for this update will be sourced from various channels, which include supplier invoices, our Point of Sale (POS) system, and warehouse stock counts.
Key responsibilities:
- Regularly updating our inventory data with utmost accuracy
- Ensuring all channels of data (supplier invoices, POS system, stock counts) are accurately reflected in our inventory records
- Generating purchase orders based on the updated stock levels
Your skills and experience should include:
- Proficiency in Excel/ Google Sheets
- Experience in inventory management/data entry
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently and meet daily deadlines
- Familiarity with purchase order generation is a plus.
A successful candidate will not only update the inventory data accurately and promptly but will also be able to adapt to any changes in stock levels in real-time, ensuring our purchase orders are always current and reflective of our actual needs.
