As a manufacturing business, we are in urgent need of an Excel expert who can efficiently create a comprehensive daily production report. This report will play a crucial role in tracking and informing us on:
- The quantities produced each day
- The quantities produced processed through different process
- Purchase quantities from Outside
- Monitoring dispatch
- The respective production time for each product
- Any machine downtime that occurs
Each of these factors are vital elements to monitor in our production process.
In addition to a total quantity count, we're also interested in having a breakdown of quantities produced, batch-wise.
Ideal candidate should:
- Have excellent skills in Excel, particularly in advanced functions and data visualization
- Be able to generate accurate and user-friendly reports, which can then be easily interpreted and actioned by our team
- Have previous experience creating quantitative reports, preferably within a production or manufacturing context
