I am looking for a dedicated individual to support my company with daily Excel and Email tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for daily Excel tasks, ensuring that all data is managed and analyzed efficiently.
- You will be expected to handle customer support emails in a professional and timely manner, resolving any issues and answering inquiries promptly.
- You may also need to work on other aspects of customer service, such as refunds, exchanges, and refunds.
Skills Required:
