Daily Cybersecurity Health Check Excel Sheet
Budget: $30 – $250 AUD
I need an Excel spreadsheet designed for my cyber security team's daily health checks. The spreadsheet should be user-friendly, with specific functionalities to streamline the process.
Key Features:
- A dropdown menu for analysts to select their name each day. This must be editable by the user to accommodate potential changes in the team.
- A static list of health-checks, which should include System Performance, Antivirus Status, and Backup Status. This will need updating every few months, so should be editable by user, but not daily
- A method for selecting the current date at the top of the sheet. This should be a dropdown calendar selection, as these checks need to be done every day, excluding weekends.
- A dropdown menu to select what application the check is being performed on for example: Netskope, Mimecast, Microsoft, Outlook.
Ideal freelancer should have:
- Extensive experience with Excel, particularly in creating interactive spreadsheets.
- Understanding of cybersecurity protocols would be advantageous.
- Ability to deliver a simple, yet effective tool for daily health checks.
