Development of Interactive Dashboards in Power BI for Real Estate Performance Objective: Create two interactive dashboards in Power BI for analyzing and monitoring sales performance and the conversion funnel in the real estate market. The dashboards will be fed by sources such as Excel spreadsheets, databases or CRM systems. Scope: Dashboard 1: Sales and Performance • Main indicators: • Total VGV (General Sales Value) • Total units sold • Average ticket • Monthly comparisons • Charts: • Sales by month • Sales by broker • Sales by product or venture • Filters: • Period • Broker • Store • Product or venture Dashboard 2: Sales Funnel • Stages: • Leads captured • Leads • Visits made • Proposals sent • Sales made • Metrics: • Conversion rate by stage • Average time by stage • Performance by source channel (Instagram, WhatsApp, Landing Page, among others) • Charts: • Evolution over time • Comparison by channel and by broker Deliverables • Two .pbix files with finalized dashboards • Basic documentation for use and updating • Directory and file structure for organizing data • (Optional) Publishing to Power BI Service with automatic update configuration Required Professionals 1. Power BI Specialist • Creation of professional dashboards • Mastery of DAX to create analyses and KPIs • Experience with visual filters, segmentations and interactivity 2. Data Analyst or BI (optional) • Treatment and organization of databases • Data preparation with Power Query or Python • Integration with databases or external tools 3. Backend or Automation Developer (optional) • If the data comes from APIs or related databases • Automation of update routines (with Python, SQL, Power Automate, etc.) Technical Requirements • Proven experience with Power BI (portfolio will be developed) • Delivery of editable files (.pbix) • Mastery of DAX, Power Query, measures, calculated columns and segmentations • Good communication and commitment to deadlines Budget • Open budget for proposal by project or hour • It is necessary to include value for support of up to 30 days after delivery Suggested Deadline • Delivery within 10 business days after approval of layout materials and sending of data that will be provided by the contractor • Databases in Excel or CSV • Color palette and brand logo • Visual references with ready-made examples • Initial layout or wireframe structure if needed
