Cut and paste columns in a spreadsheet

I need someone who can start right away. Please PM so we can discuss. I have a Google spreadsheet (I will share with you) with 15 tabs in it (I added a screenshot to show you the data). Each tab has a spreadsheet with 23 Columns. I need you to move the columns in order as such in the table. This requires you to insert a new column and then cut/paste the data into the new column in order to make it correlate with the attached PDF. It shows which data goes into which column.
