Custom Spreadsheet for Daily Data Analysis

We're seeking to create a custom spreadsheet that populates entries based on data on a spreadsheet we own. To elaborate, we have a list of 100s of people/lenders that have specific data per line. We want someone coming up with a program where we can plug in the loan amount, property type, location, LTV into the program and populate results thereafter.
Key Requirements:
- Develop a program embedded within the spreadsheet that takes certain inputs and generates results
- Ability to work with mixed data
- Capable of generating summary reports
Ideal Skills:
- Proficient in Excel or Google Sheets
- Experience with data analysis and report generation
- Strong programming skills (Excel macros, VBA, Google Apps Script)
- Attention to detail
- Ability to understand and interpret data
