Custom Power BI Dashboards
Budget: $250 – $750 USD
I'm looking for a Power BI expert to create customizable scorecards and dashboards for tracking client project status reports with milestones and candidate interview scorecards. The data will be sourced from Excel/CSV files and SQL CRM Database.
The dashboards should feature the following functionalities: - Live Scorecarding with Configurable Rubrics: Real-time scorecard updates with customizable evaluation criteria. - Milestone Tracking per Client Engagement: Automation for tracking progress and milestones on a per-client basis. - Client Dashboards with Secure Sharing: Both link-based and login-based secure sharing options. Additional Requirements: - The Status Report and Candidate Scorecard tools should mimic current Excel report layouts, ensuring familiarity and ease of use. - Automate milestone tracking and scoring via intuitive, button-driven logic. - Utilize robust filters and sorting options for efficient candidate comparison. - Automated document generation or PDF download capabilities. Ideal Skills and Experience: - Proficient in Power BI. - Strong background in dashboard design and automation. - Experience with secure data sharing and document generation. - Excellent attention to detail and user-friendly interface design. I'm attaching a Excel spreadsheet that I'm currently using as an example of what I'd like to create using Power BI o for the Status Report output and individual Candidate Scorecards.
This project will entail ant least the Client Status Report and Candidate Scorecards that are both client facing outputs. If all goes well, we have several other projects we will engage using Power BI.
Key requirements:
- Develop interactive and customizable scorecards/dashboards
- Integrate data from Excel/CSV files
- Integrate data from SQL CRM Database
- Automate daily data updates
- Assess Candidates against Job Performance Profile and output a scorecard
- Ensure user-friendly navigation and insights
