Custom Office Script Formula

I am looking for a freelancer who can help me create a custom script formula in Microsoft Excel that will automate certain tasks. The goal of this project is to increase efficiency and save time by eliminating manual work.

Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Strong knowledge and experience in Microsoft Excel, specifically in creating custom scripts and formulas
- Proficiency in Office Script in Excel
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Requirements:
- Develop a custom script formula that adjust rows dynamically according to the last row pasted into column A pasted into the worksheet.
For example. If active sheet has new rows pasted onto it, it should automatically delete all previous data below the last row.
Then this new data should populate connecting sheets the same way (delete old rows underneath)

I will provide the file that the data is to be pasted from. and the file it is going to.

- Script must be compatible with Microsoft Excel


Deliverables:
- Fully functional custom script formula that automates tasks in Microsoft Excel
- Detailed documentation outlining the script's functionalities and how to use it
