Custom Fabrication Shop - Workflow Google Spreadsheet

Hi there, I'm looking for someone to help upgrade a google workflow spreadsheet I've started to implement with our staff in our custom fabrication shop.
I'm looking to have a master sheet for our production manager to add new job information into and manage the schedule between departments. I would like the staff members for each department (design, fabrication, installation, accounting) to be able to view their related data in a separate tab and be able to filter the data for their department. I would like staff members to be able to update status and check a box when their task is complete and it would update the master spreadsheet.
Please see attached. I think more conversation needs to be discussed but reviewing the spreadsheet will help. I've also put conditional formatting to change cell colours for overdue items (red), or cells that need information still to be filled out turn black. Also If a task is completed by a department their due date cell changes to a green colour.
