Custom Excel Workbook

I would like to hire someone to create a special Excel workbook for me. The workbook will have calculations and at least two interactive sheets. The sheets will need to communicate between each other to fill various areas (on both sheets) with data, depending on whether certain variables are present or not, and depending on the month, etc.
